Teds go to not public worship

The Teds followed me around on my usual Sunday church run but this time as there was no public worship just open churches it was weird to say the least.

A few folk came to each church for a sit and a chat and felt better. Lets hope the Big G kicks this C19 into touch quickly. I think we have all realised how free we are just at the suggestion of those freedoms being taken away.

Keep safe.

Teds meet the newest recruit

Big afternoon baptism Sunday just gone where one of the local families that we have had much to do with brought their latest edition along. Olivia-Grace was quite smitten with the Teds and joined in with the service on more than one occasion – she’s like her grandmother in that respect!

It’s really great when a family, in this liberal day and age, bring their little one into church to promise to bring them up as a friend of Jesus. There is no better way to live in my opinion and it’s heartening to see others agree.

Here we have a photo of the godparents (and parents) who promised to do their bit. Let’s see if they come good on their promises eh?

A busy day in Bettws

Following the excitement of the school assembly, Tedi Su and Rev Suz headed towards the Church – stopping for a photo at the well.  The next stop was at Tea and Toast in St David’s where Tedi Su made a new friend – Sandy Lou.

Cake!

Cake!

Whilst Rev Suz met with the other Church leaders in Aberkenfig this afternoon, Tedi Su spotted something much more interesting.  She really didn’t have much to contribute anyway and well… it’s cake!
