A different sort of Palm Cross

Palm Sunday congregation

Tedi Su and Sandy Lou thoroughly enjoyed joining in the Palm Sunday services.  The two teds sat quietly with Luke (Rev Suz’s puppet) and didn’t even mind not helping with the guitar this week.

One of the highlights for the bears was the making of the alternative palm crosses and they were sorry they didn’t decorate their cross.  Rev Suz loved seeing the decorated crosses posted up in response.

They were also secretly glad that the Vicarage cat did not join them for the service and at least this time, he didn’t sit outside howling.

Trialling Virtual Church

Tedi Su was super excited this morning when parishioners joined Rev Suz via Zoom for Holy Communion.  It was lovely being able to catch up and see that people were looking well.

The little ted was also delighted when Ariane allowed her to pose with the guitar briefly and thought it was lovely that we could also have music and singing.  She’s already looking forward to Palm Sunday – hopefully all the glitches will be sorted by then.

For once, the bears agreed that they felt sorry for the Vicarage Cat.  He howled outside Rev Suz’s study windows throughout the entire service.
